The PD Belt is made from stretch lycra, so if in doubt, or you feel you are between sizes, we recommend going for the medium size. If it is the wrong size we are happy to exchange it for you.

I have been using the PD Belt for one year now with my PD. Your belts are better than any I have found on Amazon or any other sites. I recommend your customers to buy two belts and rotate the belts.
